March winds disturbed
by sun rays?

I got several versions with this, very first one was as this:

continuous
March winds
disturbing the Sun rays.

Then looked at it and turned it upright:

the sun rays
continously disturbing
the March winds

I didn't like it.

After mixing that soup again and put it as it was...

I wonder whether there is enough elements? Something missing?
